I check frequently the posts of My Home Experts for solution to problems, most likely they had already posted the problem and the solution. mhExperts are friendly users that enjoy sharing their experience, in detail, with other users in exchange of some feedback that will improve their applicatons. I found them user friendly, open to engage to discussions, more than the BT_Staff. The BT_staff is quite professional, but mostly busy as expected, while the expert will keep thinking and argue about a better solutions, I use often their opinion as a user perspective.
